For our location in Unterhaching, we are looking for a full-time Head of Finance / CFO (m/f/d) as soon as possible.

Head of Finance / CFO

Key Responsibilities

  • assumption of commercial management
  • Supporting the CEO as a strong sparring partner
  • Control and optimization of all processes in the area of ​​accounting
  • Responsibility for the quality of the monthly and annual financial statements according to HGB & IFRS
  • Development of controlling processes and introduction of the associated structures and tools
  • Establishment of a cash flow-focused management system
  • Preparation and coordination of budget plans and forecasts
  • Interface to shareholders, auditors, tax consultants and banks

Qualification & Requirements

  • Excellent knowledge and several years of experience in national and international accounting (HGB & IFRS)
  • Experience in B2B distribution business with international customers and suppliers
  • Experience with process implementation and project management
  • Knowledge of customs law and tax law in connection with contractual agreements with international trading partners is an advantage
  • High understanding of IT / technology topics
  • Experience in working with private equity companies (portfolio) is an advantage
  • Fluent English skills
  • Strong entrepreneurial thinking and action
  • Decision-making and implementation strength as well as cost awareness, especially in connection with transformation and restructuring processes
