Description

The Head of DocUnit will oversee communication between Senior Leaders and team members to ensure timely, accurate service delivery in line with defined SLAs and KPIs.

Key Responsibilities

  • As the Head of DocUnit, you will work in accordance with the general and specific support dossiers and work instructions, ensuring support is provided within the agreed Service Level Agreement and KPIs.
  • Oversee and support the team to successfully operate and maintain the Document Management System.
  • Provide high-level support by troubleshooting and providing analysis and accurate resolution to DocUnit-related queries.
  • Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly service review data and dashboards.
  • Lead team discussions and represent the team in stakeholder meetings.
  • Manage resource planning and assignment of work to ensure all requests are processed in a timely manner.

Qualification & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field, with 2 to 3 years of experience in people management.
  • Knowledge and experience with Document Management System is a plus.
  • Experience in an international shared services environment with global exposure.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven ability in coaching and mentoring.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office.
  • Basic understanding of Sharepoint as a collaboration tool.
