Description

We are now expanding Hub by adding skilled Product Owners and Product Designers. This expansion reinforces our Digital Commerce team’s commitment to serving customers better, faster, and smarter by strengthening Route-to-Consumer (RtC) capabilities, embracing customer-centric approaches, and fostering cross-functional collaboration.

With eazle, we are building a global digital ecosystem to empower all our touchpoints: the B2B Customer, our Salesforce, Distributors and Customer Service. Within the Salesforce touchpoint, your customer is the Sales Rep and the digital product portfolio in this area aims to drive growth through improved productivity and streamlined customer acquisition.

As Head of Design Commerce, you set and champion the vision for product design across the Digital RTC ecosystem, shaping strategy and driving excellence in user experience. You oversee all product design activities, ensuring alignment with business objectives, brand standards and customer needs.

You inspire teams, manage external agencies and build strong stakeholder relationships to deliver impactful and scalable design solutions. You lead and coach a team of product designers and design leads, drive experimentation and ensure design excellence across the Digital RTC ecosystem.
