Description
ÖSB Group Management A company of the ÖSB Group. – We provide shared services for all companies in the ÖSB Group and their projects. You can find out more about the company at oesb-gruppe.com To further develop our corporate communications department, we are looking for an experienced manager who will support our team with passion and expertise.
Key Responsibilities
- Management of our well-coordinated team of marketing, communications and design experts
- Further development and redesign of internal communication based on Sharepoint and Viva Engage
- Conception, planning and implementation of marketing measures for labor market policy projects within the framework of our in-house agency
- Ongoing development of the ÖSB Group’s brand and communication strategy with a special focus on employer branding
- Ensuring a consistent brand presence and compliance with CI/CD guidelines
- Communication strategy consulting for management and heads of business units and projects
- Networking and exchange with internal departments on key topics
- Management of external partners/agencies (printing companies, etc.)
- Strategic annual planning of all internal & external communication measures, including responsibility for budget planning
- Ongoing analysis and evaluation of KPIs to identify optimization opportunities
Qualification & Requirements
- Completed training with a focus on communication and marketing
- 5 years of experience in corporate communications or on the agency side
- 3 years of experience leading a team with high social skills and the ability to communicate in a motivating and equal manner
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office programs, as well as in-depth knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint and Viva Engage
- Hands-on mentality and the willingness to participate in operational work
- Structured, goal-oriented and reliable way of working – even under time pressure
- Very good knowledge of German (at least level C2)
- Knowledge of the labor market policy landscape in Austria is an advantage
