Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive AI strategy that aligns with the firm’s investment thesis, operational excellence objectives, and financial analysis needs.

• Define and oversee the firm’s AI capabilities and data governance framework to enhance its financial analysis and investment decision-making processes.

• Lead initiatives to differentiate Accrual Equity Partners through AI-driven insights, ensuring the firm’s technological advantages are leveraged effectively across all operational areas.

AI Architecture and Financial Innovation – Expertise in AI system design, machine learning model development, and financial data analytics will be critical to building lasting technological advantages and driving measurable business growth through enhanced investment decision-making and operational efficiencies.

• Design and implement AI systems that strengthen financial analysis, accounting processes, and investment due diligence procedures.

• Drive innovation by developing AI models for financial forecasting, risk assessment, market trend analysis, and accounting automation.

• Oversee the integration of AI tools with existing financial systems, ensuring seamless data flow and maintaining accounting integrity and compliance.

Portfolio Optimization and Operational Efficiency – Lead for the holding company and advise Portfolio Companies in a Shared Services model. The role will:

• Lead the development and implementation of AI solutions that optimize portfolio company operations, with particular focus on financial operations and accounting processes.

• Increase operational efficiencies across portfolio companies through AI-driven automation, predictive analytics, and intelligent process optimization.

• Measure and analyze AI implementation effectiveness, adjusting strategies as needed to maximize return on AI investments.

Lead Application Development – Provide leadership in the development of AI-powered applications that drive business value across the organization and portfolio companies. The role will:

• Lead the end-to-end development lifecycle of custom AI applications, from concept and design to deployment and continuous improvement.

• Establish development standards, best practices, and frameworks for AI application development that ensure quality, scalability, and maintainability.

• Oversee cross-functional development teams, manage project timelines, and ensure the successful delivery of high-impact AI applications.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications for AI-powered applications.

• Implement agile methodologies to accelerate development cycles and ensure rapid deployment of AI solutions.

Investment Analysis and AI-Enhanced Due Diligence – Lead AI implementation for the holding company and advise Portfolio Companies in a Shared Services model. The role will:
