Description
In this key role, you will assume responsibility for a dynamic team of 13 employees and make a significant contribution to optimizing global accounts receivable processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Technical and disciplinary management of the team as well as change management for the further development of employees
- Control and monitoring of the ongoing execution of accounts receivable accounting of the domestic and foreign subsidiaries
- Restructuring, further development and optimization of processes and structures, including through management and technical support of project work
- Ensuring, further developing & implementing the reporting and key performance indicator system in receivables management
- Identification of digitalization and automation potentials & tasks that can be taken over by external service providers
- Coordination & support of the redesign of internal processes
Qualification & Requirements
- Completed business studies with a focus on finance and accounting or alternatively a completed commercial apprenticeship with appropriate further training, e.g. as an accountant (f/m/d)
- Several years of relevant management experience in finance and accounting, ideally in an international company or alternatively in a consulting firm
- Experience and competence in leading, motivating and developing a team
- Experience in project management, preferably in collaboration on digitization projects
- Very good SAP knowledge
- International working methods
- Ideally shared services experience
