Description

In this key role, you will assume responsibility for a dynamic team of 13 employees and make a significant contribution to optimizing global accounts receivable processes.

Head of Accounts Receivable

Key Responsibilities

  • Technical and disciplinary management of the team as well as change management for the further development of employees
  • Control and monitoring of the ongoing execution of accounts receivable accounting of the domestic and foreign subsidiaries
  • Restructuring, further development and optimization of processes and structures, including through management and technical support of project work
  • Ensuring, further developing & implementing the reporting and key performance indicator system in receivables management
  • Identification of digitalization and automation potentials & tasks that can be taken over by external service providers
  • Coordination & support of the redesign of internal processes

Qualification & Requirements

  • Completed business studies with a focus on finance and accounting or alternatively a completed commercial apprenticeship with appropriate further training, e.g. as an accountant (f/m/d)
  • Several years of relevant management experience in finance and accounting, ideally in an international company or alternatively in a consulting firm
  • Experience and competence in leading, motivating and developing a team
  • Experience in project management, preferably in collaboration on digitization projects
  • Very good SAP knowledge
  • International working methods
  • Ideally shared services experience
