Key Responsibilities

Setting Up Shared Services

• Design the roadmap for setting up the financial shared services organization.
• Define the operating model, governance structure, and performance metrics for the shared services centre.
• Identify and implement technology platforms (e.g., ERP, RPA, AI) to support financial processes.
• Develop standardized policies, processes, and workflows across all finance functions to ensure consistency.

Operational Excellence

• Oversee key financial processes such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, general ledger, fixed assets, and treasury operations.
• Build scalable processes to manage large transaction volumes while maintaining quality and accuracy.
• Ensure achievement of operational SLAs, KPIs, and cost reduction goals.

Technology and Transformation

• Leverage automation tools (RPA, AI, analytics) to streamline operations and enhance service delivery.

Qualification & Requirements

Education: Qualified Chartered Accountant

Experience:

• 12+ years of experience in financial operations, with significant exposure to shared services, including establishing such functions from the ground up.
• Expertise in project management, financial transformation, and setting up scalable financial operations.
