Description
The role of Head – Finance Shared services involves managing accounting and finance shared services functions to ensure efficient financial operations and compliance. This position, based in Pune, requires a professional with a strong command of financial management and reporting.

Key Responsibilities
- Play a key role in the set up of Finance Shared Services from scratch, leading a team of 100+ FTEs
- Oversee Teams in Record to Report, Procure to Pay and Order to cash with the potential of adding FP&A
- Play a key role in the leadership of the site together with the Site Leader
- Oversee and manage the financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
- Provide financial analysis and insights to support decision-making processes.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure financial accuracy and efficiency
- Lead and mentor the accounting team to achieve departmental goals.
Qualification & Requirements
- A professional qualification in accounting or finance.
- More than 15 years of total experience with 10 years of leadership experience in Finance Shared Services
- Proficiency in financial software and tools and in ERP implementation
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in the Services industry is preferred.
- Ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
