Head, Finance Shared Services

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage day-to-day finance operations to ensure accuracy, control and efficiency across the Group.
• Lead and standardize the end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (“P2P”) processes across Group and NTCs, embedding ERP controls aligned with LOA and governance policies.
• Manage, enhance, and optimize the Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP system to support finance operations, automation, and business scalability.
• Monitor, review and report key financial and operational performance indicators (“KPIs”) to support timely decision-making and drive accountability.
• Spearhead finance digitalization initiatives to reduce manual processes, improve turnaround time and strengthen process visibility and data integrity.
• Develop, implement, and maintain updated Standard Operating Procedures (“SOPs”), process flowcharts and internal documentation aligned with best practices and compliance requirements.
• Lead talent development across FSS teams (Group and NTCs), including structured training, coaching, capability building, and succession planning to uplift skills and performance.
• Promote a culture of operational excellence, continuous improvement, and service mindset, ensuring effective and value-added shared services delivery across all entities.
• Act as key liaison for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring seamless coordination with Finance, SCM and Operations teams for integrated process execution.
• Ensure compliance with Group financial policies, internal controls, audit requirements and risk management frameworks to maintain high standards of governance and integrity.

Qualification & Requirements

Qualification & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance, relevant background.
• Professional Accounting qualifications, ie ACCA, ICAEW, CPA, MICPA.
• Minimum 12 years relevant experience in a major company or large organization, with minimum 3 years’ experience in finance shared services setup.

• Excellent in Microsoft Office application such as Excel, Word and Power point Operating skills of Advance EXCEL, PowerPoint, MS Word.
