Head Finance Controlling

Key Responsibilities

• Month-End Closure & Reporting: Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in compliance with IFRS and internal systems (Crest).
• Budgeting & Forecasting: Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial targets.
• Cost Control & Overhead: Implement cost-saving measures, analyze variances, and manage financial performance.
• Audit & Compliance: Lead internal/external audits and ensure regulatory compliance.
• P&L & Balance Sheet Management: Oversee and maintain financial health.
• Project & Stakeholder Management: Provide financial oversight for projects and collaborate with internal stakeholders.
• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate financial risks.
• Invoicing & Contracts: Manage invoicing accuracy and review financial clauses in contracts.
• Team Leadership: Mentor the finance team, driving continuous improvement and performance.
• Business Continuity Planning: Ensure BCP readiness and timely updates.

People Management:

• Lead and develop the finance team, ensuring resource optimization, performance tracking, and professional development.

Qualification & Requirements

• 10+ years of finance experience, with 5+ years in multinational organizations.
• 5+ years of experience in reporting to headquarters is a must.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, P&L, and shared services/BPO environments.
• Bachelor’s in Finance or Accounting; CPA/ACCA or similar is a plus.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
