Description
Lead and manage Finance, Controlling, and Compliance activities for the Country Shared Service Center, ensuring financial stability, regulatory adherence, and alignment with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Month-End Closure & Reporting: Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in compliance with IFRS and internal systems (Crest).
- Budgeting & Forecasting: Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial targets.
- Cost Control & Overhead: Implement cost-saving measures, analyze variances, and manage financial performance.
- Audit & Compliance: Lead internal/external audits and ensure regulatory compliance.
- P&L & Balance Sheet Management: Oversee and maintain financial health.
- Project & Stakeholder Management: Provide financial oversight for projects and collaborate with internal stakeholders.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate financial risks.
- Invoicing & Contracts: Manage invoicing accuracy and review financial clauses in contracts.
- Team Leadership: Mentor the finance team, driving continuous improvement and performance.
- Business Continuity Planning: Ensure BCP readiness and timely updates.
People Management:
- Lead and develop the finance team, ensuring resource optimization, performance tracking, and professional development.
Qualification & Requirements
- 10+ years of finance experience, with 5+ years in multinational organizations.
- 5+ years of experience in reporting to headquarters is a must.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS, P&L, and shared services/BPO environments.
- Bachelor’s in Finance or Accounting; CPA/ACCA or similar is a plus.
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
