Description
Our client specializes in tertiary and private healthcare management, and with a comprehensive network of industry experts, they deliver world-class healthcare solutions. Key Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing monthly Management reports and annual statutory reporting including administration of full set accounts transactions (e.g AP,AR,GL, FA,etc) for assigned operations legal entity and any assigned investment or dormant legal entities.
- Monitoring the intercompany balances and to ensure all intercompany current accounts to be settled based on the terms agreed between both parties or should be settled within 12 months.
- Assist in Financial performance analysis
- Preparing management fees calculation and ensure accuracy of cost allocation.
- Preparing and maintaining monthly audit and tax schedules.
- Preparing tax computation for the assigned legal entities.
- Preparing Annual Statutory Financial Statements
- Assist in manage year end statutory audit and tax compliance
- Liaises with internal and external auditors ,tax agent and banker whenever required.
- Preparing other reports and slides as assigned by superior.
- Assist in documentations related to accounts, finance, legal, HR are in organize and filling being well kept and in order.
- Assist in Budgeting process
- Assist in preparing slides for various management and board meetings.
- Responsible to do full set accounts for hospitals and any other legal entities assigned by superior.
- Performs any other duties as assigned by superior.
Qualification & Requirements
- Possess at least a Degree or professional accounting qualification in ACCA/CPA/ICAEW/CIMA or its equivalent.
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia
- At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, Excel, words, Power Points
- Preferably knowing SAP B1 accounting system or any accounting software system
- Possess Shared Services environment is highly preferred
- Meticulous and attend to details
- Work closely as a team and have good relationship with everyone. Having effective communication and approach to avoid conflict of interests. Able to resolve issues collaboratively with team members and fully utilize this relationship to gain more knowledges, understanding and experiences.
