Description

Our client is an investment holding group with business in various sectors such as technology etc. As the business continues to grow, they are looking for a Group Human Resources Director and the role is based in Philippines Bonifacio Global City. We are looking a seasoned HR professional with bilingual skills (Mandarin and English) to join the group.

Group Human Resources Director

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and lead HR operations including overseeing and monitoring HR functions for different business subsidiaries under the group
  • Provide strategic advice to senior management to establish an organizational structure that is aligned to business strategy and objectives
  • Collaborate with the senior management and stakeholders to ensure HR strategies are aligned with the company’s vision and support business growth
  • Identify and build up organization’s core competencies to support organization’s mission and vision in a dynamic business environment
  • Formulate and develop HR strategy and policies, including employee engagement, performance management, organizational and workforce development etc
  • Communicate alignment of HR strategy and goals to workforce and champion change management initiatives in the organization
  • Facilitate and drive company’s transformation in areas such as organizational structure, process, workforce development etc
  • Work closely with senior management to identify areas of improvement and measure the impact of the business
  • Promote the company’s core values, build a motivated and engaged workforce

Qualification & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business management or other disciplines
  • At least 15 years of all-rounded HR experience with track record in leadership role
  • Strategic and with business acumen, with the ability to integrate HR strategies with organizational objectives
  • Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills
  • Proven experience to manage HR governance and build HR framework
  • Strong communication skills with ability to work with different stakeholders and senior management
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices and regulations
  • Experience working in SEA market, particularly Philippines, is an advantage
  • Fluent in English and Chinese
