Description
The main responsibility of the Translations Lead is to lead their Translations/ Transcreations and Voice over expansion. He/She is accountable for the translations, transcreations and voice over with partner agencies. He/She anticipates innovations intensively and proactively to ensure we continuously deliver best-in-class services leveraging latest technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive best-in-class translations expansion and maintain the Delivery Model and global documentation.
- Define translations
- Orchestrate operations while providing direction, guidance, and frameworks to Centers.
- Be accountable for the translations service line
- Serve as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for all internal and external stakeholders regarding translations
- Promote awareness of the translations service line
- Evolve with partners’ needs in line with Integrated Marketing Services priorities and constraints.
- Anticipate innovation opportunities and implement them proactively.
- Produce and update global communication materials, processes, training, and reporting for the service.
- Manage service
- Collaborate with internal departments and agencies to achieve objectives.
- Orchestrate and establish governance to support the above pillars.
Qualification & Requirements
- 5-8 years of solid experience in Agencies (or FMCG in similar role) in Translations. Translation Tools and AI technology with managerial experience.
- Strong understanding of new technologies and AI which can help with translation, transcreation and voice over improvements
- Drives changes to support strategy and business goals
- Ability to quickly understand business needs, expectations and opportunities
- Good communication and relationship skills
- Good selling approach and capabilities
- Strong Project management
- Ability to deal with frequent changes or unexpected events
- Ability to continuously identify improvement opportunities
- Startup or innovation background in consumer product, insights or marketing environments is a definite plus
