Description

Reporting directly to the CHRO, the Global SVP HR Operations holds global accountability for building a future-ready HR operations landscape. With a direct team of approximately 25 FTE and a broader influence across shared services and regional teams, the role plays a pivotal part in enhancing the performance, integration, and digital maturity of the global HR organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and execution of the global HR operations strategy, including digital roadmap, systems, and service model optimization.
  • Drive simplification, automation, and continuous improvement of HR processes in collaboration with Digital & Technology and functional stakeholders.
  • Oversee the global HR tools and platforms landscape, with a strong focus on employee experience, usability, and productivity.
  • Serve as the People Data Domain Owner, ensuring high standards for data quality, security, compliance, and governance.
  • Strengthen the organization’s HR reporting and analytics capabilities, enabling advanced insights for workforce planning and strategic decision-making.
  • Define and manage the HR delivery model, leveraging both internal and outsourced shared service structures.
  • Collaborate closely with Procurement, Finance, and Audit to support vendor strategy, 3rd-party spend reduction, and cost-efficiency programs.
  • Ensure alignment of HR systems and policies across geographies and functions, acting as a key liaison for global policy integration.
  • Embed agile principles and a culture of operational excellence across the HR function.

Qualification & Requirements

  • Senior HR leader with a successful track record in global HR operations within large, complex organizations.
  • Deep expertise in HR systems, shared services, delivery models, and digital HR transformation.
  • Strong experience in data governance, analytics, and reporting within an HR context.
  • Skilled in stakeholder engagement across CHRO-level, digital, finance, and regional HR structures.
  • Proven change leader with experience in driving transformation and continuous improvement.
  • Excellent leadership and influencing skills across culturally diverse teams.
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on, pragmatic, and solution-driven mindset.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are considered an advantage.
