Global Process Owner – (Managing Director)

Key Responsibilities

Process Ownership & Design

• Own the global end-to-end assigned process area across all business units and geographies.
• Define and maintain process standards, documentation, and KPIs.
• Align process design with business strategy, compliance, and technology requirements.

Governance & Compliance

• Establish process governance frameworks and policies.
• Ensure global compliance with internal controls, regulatory requirements, and audit standards.
• Partner with internal audit, risk, and compliance teams.

Standardization & Optimization

• Lead global standardization and harmonization of initiatives.
• Eliminate process variation and redundant steps.
• Apply Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies for continuous improvement.

Technology Enablement

• Partner with IT and global capability teams to enable process automation, system integration, and ERP optimization (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
• Identify and implement digital tools to enhance process efficiency (e.g., RPA, AI, analytics dashboards).

Performance Management

• Define and monitor global process KPIs and SLAs.
• Benchmark performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Report progress to executive leadership and relevant stakeholders.

Change Management & Stakeholder Engagement

• Act as the global advocate and champion for the assigned process area(s).
• Engage with functional and global capability leaders to drive adoption and resolve issues.
• Lead training, communication, and change management efforts for process updates.
