Description
This role will be leading a broad team of individuals and providing direction to achieve a common goal, develop a team strategy, facilitating team communication and ensuring all internal controls are operating efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with executive leadership team, and global PO leadership, to refine and implement the PO Operations strategy and vision.
- Challenge the status quo and our ability to innovate (automations / AI) to get to world class in the People Organization space.
- Drive the execution of the employee experience processes and tools aligned with key stakeholders including executive leadership, employees, and cross functional partners.
- Leading People Operations, infrastructure and business improvement projects that underpin operational excellence.
- Maintain an integrated roadmap for digital initiatives, in close collaboration with IT, that enable the PO and employee systems and process landscape.
- Manage and support the delivery and implementation of projects across a range of focus areas including statutory changes and requirements, expansion into new and existing locations, and PO initiatives.
- Partner globally across business groups and regions, building cross cultural relationships with key stakeholders at all levels of the business.
- Drive continuous improvement in core PO processes and tools, and standardization of processes with SOPs and automation.
- Ensures compliance and execution on data processing that impacts Payroll and other systems.
- Partners with the HR Technology team to ensure that systems are optimized to support our global HR processes.
- Serve as a thought leader on future of work, PO ops and analytics, service delivery and other topics.
- Help shape the future of People Org Operations in the business, including simplification and improvements in service delivery.
- Partner with other People Organization Centers of Excellence (COE) and functional teams to identify, prioritize and develop opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with People Organization COEs including Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Learning and others for process improvement opportunities.
Qualification & Requirements
- Proven experience (10+ years) in a similar role in Shared Services and HR Operations – including management of a shared services function and external suppliers.
- Demonstrated global leadership skills and ability to drive change, continuous improvement, and culture.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify process gaps and recommend effective solutions.
- Solid team building skills. Ability to build relationships, trust, and interface effectively across multiple organizations and businesses.
- Experience with ServiceNow or similar HRSD solutions.
- Strong project management and change management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Constant learner in a fast paced and changing environment.
- High energy self-starter. Strong attention to detail. Strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a matrix environment, influence and motivate diverse teams to achieve a unified goal.
- Experience with leading and developing multi-discipline teams, preferably with international reach across multiple service types.
