Our client, a Well-Established Multinational Industrial Manufacturing Corporation with a Strong Global Footprint, is looking for a dedicated professional to join their team as the Global HR Manager, People Operations & Shared Services.

Global HR Manager, People Operations and Shared Services

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the full spectrum of HR functions in compliance with legal requirements, including recruitment & selection, training & development, performance management, compensation & benefits, payroll administration, and employee relations.
  • Manage employee administration matters such as confirmations, promotions, terminations, onboarding and offboarding, induction for new employees, and maintaining accurate Human Resources records and information systems.
  • Oversee and implement key Human Resources functions, strategies, and initiatives, including policy development, system/process optimization, procedure enhancement, talent management, operational improvement, and organizational development, to align workforce management with overall company goals.
  • Execute, manage, and monitor the annual HR budget.
  • Drive effective change and innovation management by fostering a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and teamwork across the organization.
  • Provide guidance and coaching to Line Managers on HR-related matters to support decision-making, performance management, and problem-solving.
  • Leverage government workforce initiatives and grants to support organizational growth and development.
  • Undertake ad-hoc projects or tasks as assigned.

Qualification & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
  • At least 10 years of professional HR experience, with mandatory expertise in payroll operations.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws specific to various regions.
  • Proven ability to interpret and apply relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • IHRP certification is an added advantage.
