Description

This position will report directly to the Chief Human Resources Officer, responsible for driving and supporting key HR and font office business management, HR transformation and HR governance initiatives – such as HR budget and resource allocation, HR reporting and analytics, HR audits, policies and controls and ad-hoc HR EA support such as creating strategy papers, presentations, scheduling and agenda management.

Key Responsibilities

Operating in an individual contributor role, as deputy to the International CHRO, this individual will also perform the role of HR for HR from an advisory and HR BP perspective. Furthermore, they will lead regional and international work related to HR comms, stakeholder management and engagement, supporting with board reports, offsites and key confidential information, working closely with the global and regional business leadership team in a fast paced, high touch and high-performance environment.

Qualification & Requirements

The ideal candidate will be a commercial and articulate HR and / or Business (e.g. CAO) SVP/Director with a proactive approach. Adaptability and flexibility are key, along with strong analytical skills and ideally former experience in finance and/ or business management roles. The successful candidate will excel in stakeholder management and possess the ability to think outside the box. Early career experience on a banking / investments graduate scheme and / or in Management Consulting before transitioning into HR would be desirable. You will have ideally lived and worked in a number of international markets – with pre-existing APAC experience, based in Singapore.
