Global Finance Hub Director

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Finance Shared Service Centre, ensuring seamless delivery of services including P2P, O2C, R2R, and more.
• Develop and implement a strategic vision for the Finance Hub, driving efficiency and continuous improvement.
• Oversee financial controls and compliance, ensuring adherence to regulations and governance standards.
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including site finance teams, auditors, and corporate leadership.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and growth.
• Drive process optimisation and automation, leveraging financial technology to enhance operations.

Qualification & Requirements

• Fully ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified with significant post-qualification experience.
• Proven track record in finance operations leadership, ideally within a shared services or global finance environment.
• Expertise in financial controls, risk management, and compliance (IFRS/GAAP).
• Strong experience with ERP systems (NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics preferred).
• A strategic thinker with outstanding leadership, problem-solving, and change management skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
