As an GCC Sales Leader, you will make an impact by building and crafting an innovative and value driven practice with streamlined process operations. The role will drive digital transformation initiatives that both leverage BOT/BOTT delivery models and integrate process specialties such as TaaS and robust business process operations, ensuring a seamless blend of technology and process efficiency across our global delivery centers.. You will be a valued member of the GCC team and work collaboratively with [manager, primary team, or other stakeholders and teams], and clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a Consulting Leader, bringing your areas of domain expertise to Cognizant’s clients, as we engineer modern businesses to improve everyday life with Global Capability Center solutions
- Own and develop a book of business and actively engage in business development efforts, often owning quota for the practice, accounts, and ensuring profitable growth
- Exercise quality assurance for engagements within your remit
- Engage in key account expansion, sales leadership, and internal executive stakeholder partnering based upon an expert understanding of such things as emerging market trends, client business direction, client requirements, evolving regulatory contexts and the feasibility of transformation goals
- Maintain expertise in the industry or capability group: Global Capability Center [Organizational Change Management, Program Direction and Enablement, & Mergers & Acquisitions].
- Consistently demonstrate the Cognizant Way to Lead, which means operating with Personal Leadership (building trust, collaboration, and inclusion), Organizational Leadership (driving vision and purpose, demonstrating a strategic and enterprise mindset, and creating and communicating a bold direction that inspires purpose), and Business Leadership (exemplifying client focus, managing ambiguity with accountability and results, and operating with financial acumen)
Qualification & Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in deep domain or extensive cross-sector business management, including the creation and go-to-market execution of North American GCC practice offerings (pricing, resourcing, marketing) in the outsourcing practice industry.
- A background of extensive management consulting leadership.
- A successful track record of setting and achieving engagement targets, controlling budgets, managing forecasts, and driving an organization of professional consultants in winning business and achieving financial targets
- Possessing a robust network of contacts and presence in professional organizations and industry forums
- International experience supporting or driving global initiatives is a plus
- Experience in building results-oriented, high-performing consulting teams or organizations recognized for excellence
