This role will shape and lead that evolution — building a modern, efficient and high performing P&C operations function that supports our leaders and people to do their best work every day.

Reporting to the Chief People Officer, you will lead P&C Operations end to end while driving your transformational legacy — combining operational excellence, service delivery and smart foundations to create a seamless, scalable experience across the employee lifecycle.

While the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors is a key priority, it’s just the starting point. The real opportunity is to build a best in class operations and service function — powered by great people, great systems, simple processes and a strong customer mindset.

General Manager – P&C Operations & Systems Transformation

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and evolve the end-to-end P&C Operations function to support organisational growth and scale
  • Design and deliver a high-quality service model for leaders and employees across the business
  • Establish efficient, simple and scalable processes across Join, Move and Leave activities
  • Lead the rollout and optimisation of SuccessFactors as an enabler of great service delivery
  • Build self-service, automation and shared services capability to enhance experience and efficiency
  • Create strong data, systems and integration foundations across P&C, IT and Payroll
  • Drive a customer-first mindset across P&C Operations and People Advisory services
  • Lead, engage and uplift a multidisciplinary team aligned to service excellence

Qualification & Requirements

  • Proven experience as a senior operations leader within HR / P&C or similar functions
  • A strong track record building high-performing service delivery or shared services models
  • Experience leveraging HR systems (e.g. SuccessFactors) to enable better operations and customer outcomes
  • Commercial acumen with a focus on efficiency, scale and service quality
  • Ability to balance strategy and execution in a fast-growing organisation
  • Experience leading enterprise-wide change and transformation, with a pragmatic, outcomes-focused approach
