Description
Serving as GBS Transformation Manager in the GBS Office means leading transformations, interacting with customers, and following the operating model. You will collaborate with different collaborators and will receive support from the GBS management team in your role.
Key Responsibilities
- Shape the 5 years vision of GBS division (operating model, technology, culture) aligned with the strategic roadmap.
- Manage the cultural and organisational shifts, ensuring that employees adapt to new technologies and processes effectively.
- Develop and own the change roadmap for the GBS division and ensure alignment with the IT operating model.
- Assess the impact of changes and define the relevant action plan to implement the change effectively and ensure people adoption (communication, training, organisation, processes, etc.)
- Contribute to the Strategic Workforce Planning process led by HR and GBS Office.
- Drive the roll-out of the strategic changes
- Develop and uphold an efficient management approach for external customers, ensuring coordination across divisions.
- Become the master of Operating model and methodology topics for GBS division
Qualification & Requirements
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in a leadership role within an IT transformation organization
- Proven track records in large transformation and operating model roll-out
- Demonstrated success in project management
- Focus on operational efficiency and value creation
- Good understanding of agile practices obtained by concrete working experience
- Proficient interpersonal skills, adept at facilitating conversations
- Ability to communicate and influence at different levels of the organisation
- Proficiency in operating within a multi-functional space involving internal and external entities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Autonomous mind-set and ability to drive activities independently in a constantly evolving environment of high complexity and risk
- Fluent in English, good command of French and/or Polish is an asset
