Functional Payroll Expert M/F – SAFRAN FRANCE

Key Responsibilities

• To provide in-depth technical expertise on specific payroll areas and complex files
• To guarantee the quality of recurring and periodic payroll processing (monthly production, campaigns)
• To implement legal regulatory developments, Group or company as project owner
• He/She assists functional experts, payroll managers as advanced support
• He/She analyzes issues and will contribute to resolving incidents
• He/She provides expert support to companies, as part of the implementation of developments
• He/She examines files, advises and requests arbitrations, writes expressions of need, takes charge of recipes, validates production launches
• He/She works on key payroll topics, with in-depth knowledge
• He/She is a driving force for proposals on improving processes and tools
• He/She collaborates with other departments, such as the Group Social Affairs department or the Compensation & Benefits department, for the implementation of Group agreements
• He/She ensures that the documentation is up to date.

Qualification & Requirements

Proven experience in managing the development of a Payroll IS in run and project mode, in groups, is essential to understand the volume and complexity of the position.
