Description

This Functional Business Partner Manager role will serve as a Digital Technologies resource responsible for delivering end to end IT services for our global Corporate Segment and Shared Services Business. You will assist with the delivery of enabling digital technologies across several IT areas, including Business Relationship Management, Development, Deployment and Continuous Improvement. You’ll drive the IT deliverables that unlock speed, agility and innovation across Mars.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implementing new IT processes and capabilities aligned with internal and external best practices and emerging trends.
  • Managing ongoing partnerships with stakeholders to develop actionable IT solutions that resolve business problems.
  • Fostering an environment that embraces experimentation and highly iterative approaches (e.g. scrum, design thinking) that leads to early learning, quicker value realization, and innovation breakthrough.
  • Providing IT portfolio leadership, including business case creation, strategic alignment, and design authority for new capabilities.
  • Driving system design, configuration, development, integration, and unit testing
  • Coaching your team through sprint reviews and planning meetings, tracking day-to-day development and delivery activities of the team.

Qualification & Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience preferred defining and leading projects and change management activity for a global organization.
  • Proven experience building strong working relationships with stakeholders to drive forward business change activities that increase the delivery of applications and services at high velocity.
  • Strong planning and task management skills
  • Possess a passion for working in fast-paced environments delivering DevOps operating models that demonstrate immediate positive impact on a business problem.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business or IT disciplines, such as Computer Science, Engineer, or Software Development.
