Key Responsibilities

S2P Transformation

  • Lead the global S2P transformation strategy, covering process redesign, digital enablement, automation, and governance.
  • Partner with GDT, Finance, Procurement, and Business leaders to streamline workflows and drive adoption of new tools and ways of working.
  • Build a transformation roadmap with clear milestones, KPIs, and changemanagement plans to ensure smooth implementation and measurable impact.
  • Identify and deploy best in class technologies to enhance user experience, compliance, and process efficiency.

  • Establish mechanisms to track, recover, and report value opportunities, ensuring transparent governance.
  • Collaborate with Finance and Procurement to institutionalize preventive controls that minimize value leakage.

Business Insights & Forecasting

  • Develop intelligence capabilities to forecast demand, spend patterns, supplier performance, and operational workload.
  • Use data analytics to identify emerging opportunities, bottlenecks, and performance gaps.
  • Build dashboards and reporting mechanisms that enable strategic decision making for stakeholders at global and regional levels.

Continuous Improvement & Governance

  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement, embedding Lean, Six Sigma, and data driven practices.
  • Define KPIs, SLAs, and performance governance models across S2P and supplier operations.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory, audit, and internal control requirements.

  • 15+ years of experience in procurement, S2P transformation, supplier operations, or shared services leadership.
  • Proven track record in leading large‑scale transformation programs across global, matrixed environments.
  • Strong expertise in S2P processes, procurement technologies (e.g., Coupa, Ariba), automation, and analytics.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver measurable value and operational excellence.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
  • Experience working with forecasting, insights, and value‑recovery frameworks is highly preferred.

Leadership

  • You are energized by delivering fantastic results. You are an example to others – both your results and your resilience. You are constantly on the lookout for better ways to do things, engaging and collaborating with others along the way.
  • As an individual you are the one responsible for your own wellbeing and delivering high standards of work. You must also focus on the Consumer and what they need.
