Financial Controller

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the finance shared service operations for Indonesia, Malaysia, Vietnam, and Thailand, covering accounting, tax, and treasury functions.
• Prepare and ensure accurate cash flow forecasts to maintain sufficient liquidity.
• Lead intercompany reconciliations to ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Manage the month-end closing process and produce timely management reports.
• Provide variance analysis, working closely with the FP&A team to support financial insights.
• Act as the primary contact for internal and external audits.
• Partner with operations and sales teams to aid in business decisions.
• Lead initiatives to improve internal controls and ensure regulatory compliance.

Qualification & Requirements

• A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA, CMA, or CA qualifications are preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in finance or accounting roles, with an audit background being an advantage.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as Xero, Dynamics, or SAP is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office and Google Suite tools.
• Ability to travel regionally when required for job responsibilities.
