Description
This opportunity is with a leading established multinational shared services firm. The company is dedicated to delivering excellence through innovation and professionalism in their financial and operational practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead finance transformation initiatives to improve processes and systems within the accounting and finance department.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for financial improvement and implement strategies.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards while enhancing operational efficiency.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance metrics and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Provide training and support to staff on new financial tools and processes.
- Handle end-to-end migrations.
- Stakeholder management and presentations.
Qualification & Requirements
- Proven expertise in financial transformation and migration projects and process improvements.
- Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams effectively.
- Proficiency in financial software and systems. (SAP SAP S/4 HANA)
