Description

Finance is expanding into the Hyderabad Innovation Hub beginning in Q4 2025, with sequenced waves through 2026–2027. This key role within the corporate finance organization will manage the GCC teams supporting key finance transformation initiatives including Enterprise Portfolio and Finance Global Capability Center (GCC) Growth and Operations. In addition, the role will also support local team members covering controllership activities for the Finance Data & Innovation Office.

Finance Transformation GCC Lead — Associate Director

Key Responsibilities

Associate Director responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Manage GCC Teams for the Finance Transformation Group: Oversee teams within the GCC to support operational controllership activities, enterprise portfolio management and transformation projects.
  • Support Controllership Activities: Provide leadership and support for local team members handling controllership and expense functions for the Finance Data & Innovation Office.
  • Design and Implement Operating Models: Develop and implement operating models under enterprise guardrails and career architecture, ensuring alignment with both US-based leadership and on-site people management at the Hyderabad Innovation Hub.
  • Drive Stakeholder Engagement and Change Management: Communicate effectively with senior leadership, people leaders, and global teams; utilize leader FAQs, talking points, and change plans to facilitate successful adoption of new ways of working.

Qualification & Requirements

Competencies/Skills

  • Stakeholder & change management: communicate crisply with SLT, people leaders, and global teams; use existing leader FAQs/talking points and change plans.
  • Program leadership & planning: ability to convert the Finance GCC strategy and wave plan into executable work packages with measurable value capture and financial planning alignment.
  • Talent build & KT orchestration: recruiting in India, onboarding at scale, knowledge capture, and ramp‑to‑productivity management.

Experience Required

  • 16 – 18 years in Finance operations / transformation with additional experience standing up or scaling a GCC/GBS or finance shared services (preferably in India).
  • Demonstrated expertise in leading and managing large-scale, complex change management initiatives, including the ability to develop and execute change strategies, engage stakeholders at all levels, and drive successful adoption of new ways of working.
  • Delivery accountability for multi‑wave transitions using a structured lifecycle (hiring, onboarding, KT, guided production, hyper care).
