An employer of choice, this global hospitality leader is renowned for their innovative portfolio and progressive talent management practices. To support evolving business needs, they have embarked on a global transformation initiative to build a best-in-class Finance function.
Key Responsibilities
In this newly created role, you will spearhead the organisation in developing a finance transformation strategy and blueprint. A highly visible role, you will identify, scope and deliver Finance transformation, organisation re-design and change management initiatives for their global operations. In addition, you will evaluate and deploy best-in-class tools, technologies and systems to drive business performance and operational efficiency.
Qualification & Requirements
Ideally, you are a qualified CA with 15+ years of experience across Finance transformation and/or Finance projects. Prior expertise in systems implementation will be highly valued. Armed with a track record in transformation and change management, you demonstrate the capacity to innovate and challenge the status quo. To succeed in this role, you will be described as driven, commercial and a strong business partner.
