Description
Take lead on the migration of finance task from the global finance organization to the finance shared service center in PH.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify task in the global finance organization for migration
- Optimize and streamline global processes migrated to shared services.
- Identify and realize cost savings across the global finance process scope.
- Manage and oversee the monthly close process, provide analysis of variance of country P&L.
- Produce financial reports for internal and external requirements by deadline.
- Oversee payroll processing & commission calculation.
- Responsible for ensuring all local statutory filings, tax reporting are done timely and accurately.
- Manage cash flows and forecast for different currencies; manage FX exposure and hedging activities with head office direction.
- Assist in permit renewal/retirement/transfer such as Business Permit, Import Permit, NTC Permit etc..
- Improve business process and internal contract and compliance.
- Work with internal stakeholders to ensure open and clear communication regarding all financial matters.
- Manage and mentor Finance Team.
- Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
Qualification & Requirements
- Experience with leading finance shared services in an international context is a mandatory requirement.
- Degree in Business Administration / Accounting / ACCA / CPA.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in in finance and accounting with at least 3 years of experience in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of financial planning, financial accounting, risk and controls and process best practices.
- Excellent experience in financial and management accounting.
- Strong knowledge and experience in tax and audit.
- Advanced knowledge of Philippine tax laws, IFRS, GAAP, and financial regulations.
- Strong experience with ERP systems (MS D365 FO, SAP, Oracle).
- Effectively manage shared service finance team in completing duties accurately and on time.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable working in a cross functional company, with major interaction with other business streams.
- Must have the drive and confidence to interact with senior leaders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, complex, and international business environment.
