Description
As Finance Manager Operations, you will manage financial processes within production and supply chain, improve cost control and reporting, and be a strategic advisor to management.
Key Responsibilities
- The job package includes leading financial processes within production and operational activities, with responsibility for the month-end closing process and developing and maintaining financial KPI reports.
- You are responsible for cost control and increase financial transparency within the organization.
- In addition, you optimize financial processes within the Global Business Services (GBS) model, support strategic decision-making with valuable financial insights and work closely with departments such as operations, sales and supply chain.
- You are also involved in EMEA-wide projects and manage improvement processes and system upgrades, such as ERP implementations.
Qualification & Requirements
- At least a bachelor’s degree in Business Economics, Finance or Accountancy, or at least 4 to 6 years of relevant experience in an analytical financial role.
- Experience in a production or manufacturing environment is a strong plus.
- Experience with the analysis of production within a financial system such as Oracle is a plus.
- Experience in both Financial and Business Controlling is a big plus.
- Excellent command of the English & Dutch language, both written and spoken.

- Salary indication: €85,000 and €97,200 gross per year based on a 36-hour working week
- Bonus up to max 18% of the annual salary
