Description

We are looking for a Finance Head to supervise all financial tasks of our company and maintain the overall company financial health.

Responsibilities include creating forecasting models, assessing risk in investments and ensuring all accounting activities comply with regulations. To be successful in this role, you should have experience crafting financial strategies and managing accounting teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive overall financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis
  • Oversee accounting operations, including billing, AR/AP, cost accounting, payroll, and revenue recognition
  • Ensure compliance with all financial regulations, tax laws, and internal policies
  • Prepare and present timely financial reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual)
  • Provide financial insights and strategic recommendations to senior management
  • Identify and mitigate financial risks through effective controls and audit processes
  • Manage audits, tax compliance, and financial reporting across all entities
  • Develop and implement robust accounting policies, internal controls, and financial systems
  • Lead and mentor the finance team to ensure high performance and continuous growth
  • Manage external relationships with auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities
  • Review departmental budgets and track/report variances
  • Identify opportunities for cost savings and operational efficiencies

Qualification & Requirements

  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field from a reputable institution
  • Master’s degree in Business
  • At least 10 years of proven and progressive experience in finance and accounting, including leadership roles
  • Strong experience in financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting, compliance, and taxation
  • Excellent leadership, analytical, and strategic thinking skills
  • High level of integrity, urgency in execution, and strong attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Proficiency in financial software, ERP systems, MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
