Description
We are seeking a Finance Director – ANZ (Accounting & Shared Services) to lead our financial and statutory reporting function while driving continued transformation across finance
Reporting to the APAC CFO, this is a highly visible leadership role combining technical expertise, operational execution, and people leadership. You will play a critical role in strengthening financial governance, enhancing reporting quality, and partnering with the business to support strategic growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Leading financial and statutory reporting across a multi-entity environment
- Strengthening governance, controls, and finance policies and procedures
- Driving finance transformation initiatives, including process optimisation and automation
- Leading ESG disclosures and climate reporting in line with business objectives
- Providing leadership to a geographically dispersed shared services team (onshore and offshore)
- Supporting integration activities (e.g. M&A, system upgrades) to ensure scalable and standardised processes
- Partnering with senior stakeholders to deliver insight and support decision-making
Qualification & Requirements
- CA/CPA qualified with significant experience in senior finance leadership roles
- Proven background in group reporting, governance, and multi-entity environments
- Experience driving finance transformation, systems improvements, and process optimisation
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence at executive and board level
- Demonstrated experience leading and developing high-performing, distributed teams
- Commercially astute, with the ability to support business growth and strategic initiatives
- Experience with ESG and climate reporting is highly regarded
- Background in professional services or a similar complex environment preferred
