Description
The Finance Director will be responsible for Financial Planning and Analysis. Providing financial statements and analysis relevant to management’s decision making. Management of Accountings functional areas such as Management of AR, AP, GA and Payroll.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparation of the Company’s 3 year business plan
- Financial Reporting
- Establishes annual expense budgets and sales forecast
- Defines cost structures and business models by product category , channel and store and recommends discontinuance or closure if necessary.
- End to end finance & Treasury
- Elevated quality of reports and data presentation by integrating various financial and operational information which essentially points to stakeholders the key areas to address to generate results, including establishment of governance to drive action.
- Multiple finance function for the business units: business performance, business forecasts and gap bridging, compliance, governance, cost control, general accounting, operations control, sales control, billing, cash flow, contracts review, projects, etc.
- Full finance function for the business unit: business performance, business forecasts and gap
- Bridging, compliance, governance, monitoring budgets, involved in month end closing,scenario simulations, project profitability, product costing, etc.
- Works & directly reports to the CEO
Qualification & Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, -CPA
- 10 years experience with the same level and 15 years experience with Financial Analysis, budgeting forecasting and management accounting
- Strong Knowledge of balance sheet and Profit & Loss Analysis Techniques.
- Strong Understanding and application of Accounting Principles, standards, industry practices, techniques and concepts.
- Excellent Leadership and Communication skills.
- Advanced Excel Skills (pivots, v-lookups, data manipulation.
- Proficiency in ERP.
- Amenable to work in Makati, Full-time and on-site
