Finance Controller

Key Responsibilities

• Ensuring Monthly financial book Closing with accuracy & within stipulated timelines.
• Managing Statutory financial reporting of company and coordinate with Statutory Auditors, Group Auditors and Corporate Finance Team
• Responsible for Accounting Standard and company related compliances for Books of Accounts.
• Review Finance plans and budgets and monitor all financial periodic reports Work on cost reduction opportunities and optimizing working capital.
• Manage all cash flow by tracking transactions and regularly reviewing internal reports Reporting/Controlling
• Monthly reporting, assisting in yearly budgeting, fixed cost tracking
• Producing financial Reports related to budgets account payables, account receivables, expense etc.
• Handling Accounts Payable function (MIGO /MIRO approvals based on PO/ NFA, payroll processing etc.)
• Ensuring timely and accurate payments to vendors, employees, other stakeholders.

Qualification & Requirements

Qualification and Knowledge

• CA/MBA Finance (Mandatory) with minimum 10+ years of relevant experience.

Academic Criteria

• 60% throughout in 10th, 12th & Graduation and Post-graduation
• CA First Attempt/ Second Attempt
