Description

The Finance and Shared Services Manager is responsible for leading the Finance Department and overseeing the Shared Services Division, which includes Human Resources and Administration. The role ensures strong financial management, compliance, and the effective delivery of internal support services aligned with the company’s goals.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Management

  • Develop and manage financial strategies, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Lead all accounting functions: A/R, A/P, GL, and reporting.
  • Monitor cash flow, financial risks, and funding requirements.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and readiness for audits.
  • Provide financial reports and insights to the CEO and Board.

Shared Services Oversight (HR & Admin)

  • Manage HR and Admin teams, ensuring efficient operations and policy compliance.
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance tracking.
  • Oversee general administration including office services, assets, and vendor coordination.
  • Ensure adherence to labor laws and internal controls.
  • Foster a productive and collaborative work environment.

Qualification & Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA/CMA preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in financial leadership, with exposure to HR and admin functions.
  • Strong knowledge of Omani regulations, labor law, and corporate governance.
  • Leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills.
