F&A Service Delivery Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage F&A delivery accounts and teams consist of 60+ team members
  • Lead assigned projects, securing that project goals are met, customer’s expectations are fulfilled and the customer relation is handled in the best feasible way within the scope of the contract
  • Support transitions for new accounts, manage service delivery locally and ensure healthy operation after the transition completion.
  • Ensure all SLA’s are adhered as agreed
  • Ensure that the Metrics are reported on regular basis as per the requirement
  • Ensure no observations or NC’s on the Internal and External Audits
  • Ensure that the cost is maintained as forecasted on monthly basis
  • Ensure the controls are followed and adhered as per the process requirements
  • Ensure the month close activities are handled timely and accurately
  • Deliver on all people management task ensuring people development & efficient resource utilization
  • Maintain attrition at < 20%
  • Conduct regular one to one with the team members
  • Guide & drive the team members to achieve their goals
  • Handle finance process and system implementation project as per requirement
  • Identify and Drive areas for improvement, implementation of ideas within area of responsibility
  • Manage client relationship and stakeholder communications.
  • Ensure regular governance & timely closure of issues / escalations
  • Support in achieving high customer satisfaction scores.
  • Drive compliance to the documentation – SOP, SIPOC, process maps, FMEA, BCM, project documentation etc are in place and up to date for the process and Refreshed every 6 months.

Qualification & Requirements

  • 12+ years’ work experience with solid foundations in F&A and sub process including PTP, RTR and OT
  • Experience in relevant SSC deployment projects.
  • Experience in transition and process gap analysis
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Excellent people management skills
  • Strong in process transformation and continuous improvement, lean six sigma trained.
  • Preferred Accounting certifications (CPA, etc.)
  • Good at presentations and project planning
  • Focused and ability deliver on goals / targets
  • Positive altitude, flexibility and accountability required
  • Language – Native Japanese and Business Level English.
  • Professional in English
  • Professional in Japanese
