Description

We are looking for an experienced product manager, who will help ensure that we are delivering the product that our clients want. Our team of products managers maintain a close relationship with our users, our engineers, and our stakeholders. They also guide our products throughout all stages of its lifecycle, including research, pitching, scoping, delivering, promoting, and tailoring solutions to our users.

Key Responsibilities

  • Developing a unified assessment platform for Risk & Compliance management
  • Improving workflow efficiencies and governance by automation of financial metrics and associated limits
  • Accelerating the adoption of Cloud and Core Engineering solutions
  • Establishing positions data quality, accountability, and lineage
  • Support the development of analytic calculations and data transformations

Qualification & Requirements

  • 6+ years experience as a Product or Project Manager
  • Prior success collaborating with engineering or leading an Engineering product team
  • Prior experience with products related to bank operations or regulatory requirements aplus
  • Ability to demonstrate servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflictresolution and team empowerment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; be able to communication from theteam level to senior level executives
  • Work closely with teams across the organization to define a go-forward vision for ourproducts
  • Ability to partner with engineers and users to define, track and deliver on Objectives andKey Results
  • Help define and drive user adoption strategy
  • Lead the delivery of our products user testing and rollout across divisions
  • Proactively identify ideas to improve products and processes based on user feedback to increase engagement
  • Manage product backlog, prioritize tasks, and ensure deadlines are met
  • Working to demanding timescales in a fast paced, dynamic team working environment
  • Communicate key highlights, headwinds, and milestone tracking of significant deliverables
