Key Responsibilities
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Manage day-to-day administration of the HR Service Center, ensuring workflows and processes are completed timely, consistently, and accurately.
- Act as key point of contact for EMEA related compliance and audit requests, escalations, and issue resolution.
- Develop and maintain a business continuity plan and procedure; review, revise, and expand existing plans and protocols.
- Implement shared service processes for EMEA that shape the employee lifecycle and are efficient, scalable, and compliant with all regulatory requirements.
- Scale the Shared Service team to be proficient in leveraging automation and technology to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Manage the centralized administration of HR records and employee life cycle documents from hire to post-employment, ensuring accurate processing, updating, and retention.
- Collaborate with HR team and key stakeholders to recommend, develop, revise, scale, and implement process improvements to maximize digital transformation and efficiencies.
- Provide coaching, technical expertise, and mentorship to the team on work techniques, best practices, and operational expertise.
The Impact You Will Have:
- Service Center optimization on work volumes, ticket queues, phone queues, and issue resolution for enhanced service quality.
- Proactively managing risk to service quality and to monitor service responsiveness and accuracy across all channels.
- Ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements, minimizing risk and maintaining high standards of HR operations for the region.
- Provide guidance to leadership on recommendations based on research, and implementing new approaches, policies, procedures, and tools with a focus on scaling the organization, especially for our EMEA region.
- Coordinate with technology teams to prioritize tasks and enhance operational efficiencies.
- Driving continuous improvement in HR service delivery, enhancing the overall employee experience and supporting business growth.
