Key Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and strategic direction for the shared services function, aligning it with the company’s goals and objectives.
• Oversee the continuous improvement of shared services processes to enhance service delivery, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
• Manage the shared services budget, ensuring effective resource allocation and expense control while meeting service delivery targets.
• Lead and develop a high-performing shared services team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous professional growth.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to align shared services with business needs and provide regular performance updates to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and internal policies while implementing controls to mitigate risks and protect company assets.
• Oversee the integration of new technologies and promote innovation to streamline shared services operations and support digital transformation.
• Oversee external service provider relationships, ensuring performance standards are met and contracts deliver value for money.
• Ensure shared services operations support sustainability goals and drive cost optimization while maintaining high-quality service delivery.

Qualification & Requirements

Experience:

• leadership: 5 years (Required)

License/Certification:

• Professional certs (e.g.,SHRM, CPA, PMP, Six Sigma) (Preferred)
