Description

The Procurement Shared Services Director leads, plans, and manages the overall procurement shared services operation (PSC) for IBEROLATAM, delivering products or services at the best price, quality, and time, and achieving operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Efficiently manage the day-to-day operation to achieve the right service levels with transparency, and in compliance with the global procurement policy and procurement guidelines.
  • Ensure Category plan execution and define complementary tactics. Sometimes support for regional negotiations.
  • Analyze P2P flow to identify potential wastes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, and reduce the overall time of the procurement cycle and PO on time delivery.
  • Achieve operational excellence by monitoring and controlling Supplier information and data maintenance. Make sure data is accurate and complete.
  • Increase item catalog utilization.
  • Own the procurement dashboard. Measure and track IL PSC KPIs.
  • Define and manage Procurement tools training & support guidance (internally and externally)
  • Effectively communicate new/ changes in tools and processes.
  • Foster procurement early involvement with stakeholders and business partners.
  • Ensure full utilization of internal synergies to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the inbound supply chain process.
  • Ensure the PSC serves as the primary contact for procurement-related questions, training, policy, and procedure interpretation for all departments.
  • Supply continuity risk mitigation & carry out risk assessments and regular reviews in coordination with the category lead to maintain the quality and consistency of goods and services.
  • Address critical business operational problems to top leadership promptly.
  • Contribute to the procurement annual plan.
  • Collaborate with Regional ICQ and auditing processes.

Qualification & Requirements

  • 5+ years in Procurement, Sourcing expertise, Cross category, Cross Functional, Defining, and leading initiatives, and leading people.
  • Source to Order and Order to Receive process improvements, Implementation, and communication.
  • PSC Buyers scope and shifts.
  • PSC Training program and development plan.
  • Service level Agreements
  • Data-based decision to prioritize purchasing catalog creations and new sourcing opportunities.
  • Change management strategies and tactics to improve CEx.
  • VRA campaigns execution
  • Communicate project potential risks regarding suppliers or the procurement process.
  • Service Quality & Experience improvements
  • Setting a common, customer-oriented vision for the PSC.
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Master’s Degree (preferable)
