Description
KPMG is currently seeking a Director, KDN Solution Onboarding TOM Lead to join our KPMG Delivery Network organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and implement a comprehensive Transition Operating Model (TOM) framework for solution onboarding that aligns with KDN’s strategic objectives
- Foster strong relationships with stakeholders across KDN functions, central teams, delivery centers, and external partners
- Develop and implement a repeatable methodology for TOM blueprint development, ensuring consistency and efficiency across all solution onboarding initiatives
- Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of the onboarding process; identify areas for improvement and drive continuous optimization
- Contribute actively to the development of KPMG’s TOM expertise, sharing knowledge and best practices with colleagues across the firm
Qualification & Requirements
- Minimum twelve years of recent professional experience in leading transformation programs across Fortune 500 companies in alignment with overall business objectives
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university; Master’s or advanced degree from an accredited college/university preferred
- Strong knowledge and experience in Transition Management (TOM) methodologies, and best practices
- Experience in deploying Global Delivery Models, including Business Services, Captive Shared Services, and Centers of Excellence (COE)
- Proven ability to enact organizational strategy and design, build high-performing teams, and create value through execution
- Strong analytical, writing, interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, with experience collaborating in cross-functional teams
