Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership: Provide strategic direction to align Shared Services goals with the overall group strategy.
  • HR Operations & Admin Oversight: Oversee HR operations and administrative functions, including Fleet & Transportation and Accommodation services.
  • Process Optimization: Continuously improve processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and elevate service quality.
  • Service Delivery: Ensure high-quality service delivery, aiming to meet or exceed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Budget Management: Manage the Shared Services unit’s budget, ensuring efficient and effective resource allocation.
  • Compliance & Internal Controls: Ensure adherence to regulations and organizational policies while maintaining rigorous internal controls.
  • Technology Implementation: Oversee the implementation of technology solutions to improve operations, ensuring system security and effectiveness.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with internal stakeholders to align services with organizational objectives and build strong relationships.
  • Communication: Foster transparent communication across all business units to strengthen internal collaboration.
  • Team Development: Promote professional development through training and mentorship opportunities for team members.

Qualification & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in a leadership role within shared services, HR, or operations management.
  • Strong understanding of budgeting, compliance, and process optimization.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to foster strong internal relationships.
  • Ability to lead and mentor a diverse team, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
