Description
The Director of Shared Services will be responsible for optimising the performance of the shared service centre, driving process improvements, implementing automation and ensuring the delivery of a high-quality service.
Key Responsibilities
Reporting to the Group CFO, this an exciting leadership opportunity that will be instrumental in driving transformation, enhancing financial reporting, and contributing to the ongoing success of the business during a period of exciting change. This leadership role is critical to improving the day-to-day operations of the central finance shared service centre.
As a qualified accountant the you will be able to demonstrate extensive experience in shared service centre leadership (accounting) and finance transformation within a fast moving, complex multi-site business. You will possess excellent strategic management, communication and team leadership skills, with a track record of building and enhancing high-performing teams.
