This is a unique opportunity to work with a global aftercare provider with a strong industry presence, ensuring seamless repairs and support for home appliances. You’ll play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional service, driving efficiency, and shaping the future of aftercare solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Leading shared service functions that support key business operations.
- Driving efficiency and excellence across claims processing, Health & Safety, and network optimization.
- Building, mentoring, and inspiring high-performing teams to deliver outstanding results.
- Managing a £300M+ budget, identifying efficiencies, and ensuring full compliance across operations.
- Partnering with senior leadership to shape strategic initiatives and contribute to key governance forums.
Qualification & Requirements
- 5+ years of senior operational leadership experience, managing large teams and complex workflows.
- A track record of driving innovation, process improvements, and successful change management.
- Strong financial acumen, with experience managing substantial budgets and delivering cost optimizations.
- Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to motivate teams and influence at all levels.
- Familiarity with cutting-edge tools and methodologies, such as robotic process automation and capacity planning.
