Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Influencer: Shape division-wide caregiver and business themes for the service portfolio, leading your team to define and execute a service vision that meets business objectives.
  • Innovation Leader: Anticipate industry and market trends, advising business leaders on new solutions and consistently crafting successful services that propel the organization forward.
  • Service Architect: Guide the development of conceptual models for service delivery, incorporating market, technology, and business trends to ensure robust and adaptable solutions.
  • Cross-Functional Collaborator: Work across clinical, marketing, finance, and business development professions to develop a comprehensive business strategy and ensure seamless implementation.
  • Visionary Communicator: Lead the strategy for outbound messaging to promote adoption and support for solutions, acting as the foremost representative of the service portfolio within the ecosystem.
  • Operational Strategist: Prioritize work across the solution/service portfolio, fostering organizational agility and enabling swift adaptation to changing priorities.
  • Culture Shaper: Promote a culture of quality, aligning organizational standards with service objectives, and making decisive moves to meet quality and delivery goals.
  • Lifecycle Optimizer: Transform the engineering lifecycle to create a significant engineering system, driving measurable improvements against KPIs.
  • Team Builder: Develop a diverse team capable of meeting current and future business objectives, integrating new talent, and fostering an inclusive work environment that encourages engagement and collaboration.

Qualification & Requirements

  • Educational Excellence: A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or equivalent education/experience. A Master’s degree in related fields is preferred.
  • Extensive Experience: 10 or more years of related experience, with 8 years leading technical teams in dynamic environments.
  • Data-Driven Mindset: Strong capability in using data and metrics to drive strategic decisions and foster process improvements.
  • Healthcare Insight: Experience in a healthcare environment is preferred, enhancing your ability to identify and address unique industry challenges.
  • Relationship Builder: Proven ability to cultivate relationships with customers, executive management, and stakeholders, resolving issues to enable business and IS teams to succeed.
  • Service Management Expert: In-depth knowledge of service management and site reliability, with a commitment to teaching and mentoring others.
  • Leadership Excellence: Proven ability to work independently, grow technical teams, and hire and develop future leaders.
  • Effective Communicator: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in creating technical presentations and documentation.
