We invite to make your career home with us as a Director, Revenue Cycle Shared Services on our Revenue Cycle team at/in Garnet Health Medical Center Middletown.
Key Responsibilities
Responsible to plan, monitor and direct the daily activities of the Garnet Health Vendor Management/Credit and Collection, Financial Advocacy, Denial Management and Posting areas. Assesses and develops policy and procedures. Focuses on maximizing cash collections, posting and optimizing external vendor resources.
Qualification & Requirements
- Extensive billing and collection experience in hospital or similar institution, with a minimum of 3 years in management capacity preferred. Must be computer software and hardware literate.
Minimum Education
- Bachelor’s Degree with one year of managerial experience in similar hospital setting.
Minimum Experience
- Five years’ experience in similar hospital setting.
- Working knowledge of a hospital computerized setting (system).
- Good communication and organizational skills.
