Description

Our client is seeking a Director Record-to-Report (R2R) to help lead the ongoing transformation of a large, multi-entity shared services environment. This newly created role will serve as the enterprise owner of the R2R process, driving standardization, process improvement, Oracle optimization, automation, and close transformation initiatives across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end Record-to-Report process
  • Lead close optimization and process improvement initiatives
  • Drive standardization across general ledger, reconciliations, and financial reporting processes
  • Partner with Finance, IT, Audit, and Shared Services leadership
  • Support Oracle Cloud Fusion enhancements and transformation efforts
  • Develop KPIs, controls, and governance processes
  • Assist with finance integration efforts related to acquisitions and growth

Qualification & Requirements

  • 12+ years of accounting, finance, or shared services experience
  • Deep Record-to-Report expertise (close, GL, reconciliations, controls, consolidations)
  • Strong Oracle Cloud Fusion experience required
  • Experience leading finance transformation and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Background within a large shared services, GBS, or multi-entity environment
  • Healthcare experience preferred but not required
  • Lean, Six Sigma, PMP, or similar certification is a plus
