Description

On behalf of one of our trusted partners, we are seeking a strategic and experienced Program Lead – GBS Migrations (Director level) to design, lead, and implement global transition initiatives for Shared Service Centres (SSC).

The Program Lead GBS Migrations will shape and execute the global Target Operating Model (TOM) and SSC migration strategy. This includes designing the service delivery model, managing transition programs, and collaborating with executive stakeholders to create long‑term business value.

This senior leadership role requires deep expertise in GBS migrations, TOM design, stakeholder engagement, and large‑scale transition management across diverse geographies.

Director – Program Lead GBS Migrations

Key Responsibilities

  • Define the vision, scope, and business case for SSC migrations in partnership with global leadership.
  • Develop and manage implementation roadmaps, including resource planning, transition phases, and delivery milestones.
  • Lead the transition of services from countries and Centres of Excellence (COEs) into SSC delivery hubs.
  • Oversee knowledge‑transfer planning and operational readiness in collaboration with delivery leads and process owners.
  • Establish and optimize the service delivery model, including SLAs, KPIs, and customer satisfaction metrics.
  • Monitor program execution, risks, and dependencies, ensuring programs are delivered on time, in full, and within scope.
  • Build strong relationships with country leaders, functional heads, and internal program teams.
  • Drive continuous improvement and harmonization of processes post‑migration.
  • Lead and mentor project managers supporting the program.

Qualification & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in global project/program management, with at least 5 years in GBS, SSC, or TOM transformations.
  • Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile are highly valued.
  • Proven experience leading complex migrations and SSC transitions.
  • Strong understanding of global service delivery models, process transformation, and change management.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Fluent English (additional languages are beneficial).
