  • Global, multi-region operations experience is required and a background in datacenters is preferred.
  • This position requires strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills, as well as the ability to influence without direct authority and build relationships at all organizational levels.
  • The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, effective communicator, and results-oriented leader capable of driving performance in a fast-paced, global environment with demonstrated success in aligning shared services strategy with operational and business goals.
  • This position involves domestic and international travel (approximately 30% of the time), so a passion for travel (and a valid passport) is essential.
  • This role will also require flexibility to work nights and weekends (when needed) to support global staffing issues, high priority events, and off-hours incidents.
